Retirement Plan
As a PICS Direct Support Professional, you are eligible to participate in our Principal Financial Group 403(b) retirement plan. A 403(b) retirement plan is virtually the same as a 401(k) retirement plan, but a 403(b) plan is specifically designed for non-profit organizations, like PICS.
You are eligible to enroll in the plan as early as your first day of work! There is no minimum number of hours that you must work each week in order to be eligible. You decide how much you want to put into the plan each paycheck; we?ll do the rest! Best of all, you can decide to enroll in the plan at any time during your employment at PICS.
In order to enroll, you will need to complete the following three forms. Click to open, then print or save:
- Easy Enrollment Form
- Retirement Plan Beneficiary Designation Form
- Rollover Declaration Form (if you are rolling funds over from a previous 401(k) or 403(b) plan)
