As a Service Coordinator at PICS, Niki provides support to individuals enrolled in the Consumer Directed Community Support (CDCS) programs for people with disabilities, the elderly, and those living with a brain injury. Niki has many years of experience working in the disability service field, from providing direct support to serving in an administrative role; she has had involvement in most aspects of the service continuum. Niki has a Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and spent some time working for the City of Eden Prairie in their Adaptive Recreation Program. Niki is excited to work in a segment of the industry that embodies such a consumer-directed approach like CDCS, and she is also looking forward to expanding the unique website PICS offers, Lifepages.org. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being up north at family cabins in the summer… walking, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
